grassrootsx.com is a site that helps promote signed and unsigned bands. If your band are signed to a Label, no matter how small, all parties involved, (Band members, Record Label Representitives, Manager etc), must agree to you registering on the the site.

I accept that this site will enable anybody to download and view or play a copy of my material. I accept the risk that copyright infringement might occur and that grassrootsx.com will have no liability for any infringement.

None of my material is defamatory, insulting, racist or obscene. I accept that grassrootsx.com has the right to remove any material at any time for any reason without warning to me.

I consent to grassrootsx.com selecting material from the site from time to time to use for their Online Radio Station or any other services that may be on offer to the visitor.

The material I upload is either entirely my own creation or does not contain any material which is copied or extracted from anybody else's work or recording without permission.

I confirm that I have obtained the consent of all the composers, authors, directors, producers, artists, photographers, musicians, performers and all other contributors, whose work is included in my material.
